Yes  dear,It is better option doing m. tech after bsc .You can do Mtech after bsc. The Mtech will be a 3 year course for bsc students (for btech and msc students it will be 2yrs). but a few colleges are providing Mtech after Bsc. But to get admission in good colleges of M.tech, then you need to appear in entrance exams of M.tech.
