No it will affect because it depend upon your skill a nd knowledge . If you are worrying about your placement then there is no need to worry all you have to do is to make strong your knowledge and  skill so that you can get job in government hospitals and also for teacher if you wish for at good pay . Beside this i would like to say that as phy siotherapy is a practical profession , you must have grip on basic pillar subjects .
