Absolutely required.  It is national residential proof it is coumplsry to attach all admission process.  It is one of the important certificate. So it is required .

Candidates must have completed/appearing his/her 10th and 12th from the state. Candidate must possess a valid domicile in the state. Candidate should possess a residency proof of the state.Students from outside the state can always apply for seats under the all-India quota
