I would like to let you know that although you are from West Bengal and also have passed your 10 and 12 from West Bengal, you would still require a domicile certificate from an appropriate authority in order to have a hard proof that you are a permanent resident of West Bengal.

Some appropriate authorities from whom you can get your proforma signed are:

Police Commissioner

Deputy Police Commissioner

Municipality Chairperson

Municipality Ward Councillor
