Please refer to the user mannual that is upload on the official website of AIIMS to complete your basic registration for MBBS registration.
First of all you need to fill the basic details  after submitting the details a unique ID password will be generated for you. Then Use this ID password to login to your account and then Upload the photograph, signature and thumb impression. Once this step is done then a confirmation page will be generated. Print this page and preserve it for future use. Here your basic registration completes.
Then in the month of january next registration step will open up THE FINAL REGISTRATION. You will then have to upload the qualification details and pay the fees so that you become eligible to appear in exam
