Dear Sushma, you need to change your photo only if you have received a notification to do so. If you haven't received any notification, the option to upload a new photo will not be activated. And you might not be able to change your photo. Is that the case here? Were you trying to change the photo though you haven't received any notification? If you haven't received any notificatiin, you needn't worry because your photo follows the NTA instructions.
