Hello dear,
Till now cabinet have passed the bill for New Education Policy.
It can be start from next  year in which there will be changes in college compare to now.
By completing 1st year you'll get certificate.
By completing 2nd year you'll get diploma degree.
By completing 3rd Year you'll get bachelor's degree.
By completing 4th year you can do research in your respective field.
