how many years student should study language according to new education policy

bhumika tiwari 22nd Jul, 2022

Hi there.

Under the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) published the New National Education Policy (NEP). On July 29, 2020, the New Education Policy (NEP 2020), which had received the Union Cabinet's approval, was made public. The National Education Policy (NEP), created in 1986 and in effect for 34 years, is replaced by the New National Education Policy.

The requirements of each student are the main emphasis of the new national education policy. It seeks to give them access to a top-notch education. Additionally, the strategy aims to develop a more adaptable and flexible educational system that can adjust to the demands of both the economy and students.

According to the new National Education Policy (NEP), every student should study three languages at their school as part of the "formula." Two of the three languages must be indigenous to India. The new system will put a lot of effort into supporting mother tongue, regional language, and local language as a medium of instruction. It will be offered for grades one through five.

can i apply for llb at the same time while doing bcom hons degree ? as per the new education policy guide line state that "u can pursue 2 different degrees at the same time duration " .

Yogita 20th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well...!!!

According to the new rules or notice given by UGC you can seek after two degrees all at once, one can be in full time scholastic mode and another in distance learning or online mode. Or on the other hand you can seek after two disconnected full time ordinary courses yet you need to ensure that the planning of the classes don't cover. So in the event that you fit the over two models and being qualified for both B.Com and LLB course you can seek after them together.

Hope this information helps you!!!

All the best!!!
