See New Education Policy has not made any change in duration of the D.Pharmacy or D.Pharma course.It is a 2-year full-time diploma course designed to produce candidates to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical-related fields.

One can enroll in this course after completing his/her higher secondary education in science stream with physics, chemistry and either biology or maths as subjects.
