during form filling of jee adv they are asking for the obc certificate issued after 1 april 2017 ,so i have to renew my certificate?

Yes it would be better to renew it now as you would also require that at the time of admission.

what if it won't be able to renew before the form filling deadline

I guess that would not be a problem.
Still you should confirm it from the JEE Advanced query centre.

its a short process, you please confirm from the office from where you will get the certificate they will tell you the time.
