i have my obc caste certificate issued on 1 march 2019,but in jee advanced requires certificate issued on or after 1 april 2019 what to do??

You have to apply for a new caste certificate which should be issued after April 1st.
So I suggest you to apply it as soon as possible.
And make it accepted by informing the emergency at the concerned office.
