Dear Anjali, if you have made the payment, but it still shows 'Go for the Payment', please check if the payment was debited from your Bank Account. If it has been taken from your Account, give it 24 hours and try if you are able to proceed further with the Registration. Even after 24 hours, though the payment has been taken from your Account abd it doesnt reflect on the Registrstion page, make another payment and the first payment will be refunded to yoir Account withon 5-7 Business days. However, if the payment has not been debited from your Bank Account, please make another payment.
