Hello Supriyanka, Yes, it is best to take caste certificate and income certificate at the time of counselling, if the system showa either you are not eligible to fee reimbursement. Because if any chance of fee reimbursement you may loose due to unavaialbel of certificates. If you are OC then you don't need to carry caste certificate.
