It totally depends upon you whether you want to fill in the forms today or till 10th june. The factor would not effect your rank list and admission procedure into the college. This is an application for the entrance to the institute and wont get affected by submission on even the last day of form filling.

Though, I suggest you that if possible, you should fill in the forms as soon as it can be since there are no harms.
