The problem may be due to the app version, make sure you have updated version of the app which will work properly.

If you are using a specific app to open the e-book , clearing the app’s cache may help . Go to your device settings , find the app and clear its cache .

6. Restart your device : Sometimes , restarting your device can resolve issues with apps not responding .
