So as per your query, both of the subjects are having wide scope. EnTC generally has many options as compared to ECE branch. EnTC students work in electronics sector as well as in telecommunication sector as well. However the ECE students are having more placement percentage as compare to the students of EnTC.
However, if you are having interest to study EnTC, then you can just opt for it.
