After doing Btech EEE you can prepare for GATE exam through which you can join many PSUs like BHEL,BEL,ECIL,NPCIL.

You can apply for Technical posts of theses govt companies MTNL,SAIL,ISRO.

There is also selection through written exam and then interview.

You can also apply for Technial Officer in Army but you should have minimum 60% in Btech for that

Tchnical posts in Navy, Airforce,Forest Department.
