srijathammishetti , As for EEE branch you can get a job in the core company through GATE or job in any IT MNC. The thing while opting for CSE branch is that CSE graduates don't have as much job vacancies in the public sector as compared to the other two branches ECE and EEE but it has very high scope in lucrative private sector.

If you want to job in public sector and core  company than you can choose EEE branch. you can get a job in the core company through GATE or job in any IT MNC.

There are many scope for CSE graduates because many startup company in IT sector compare to other core branch.
