Any of these branches of engineering have good scope if you study diligently. The core packages at top colleges like the IITs run into several lakhs per annum salary. If you don't get a core job, you can always change to management/government service by taking the CAT/UPSC.

That said, CS is the one with maximum scope in today's world.

The best colleges to study these branches will be the IITs, NITs in India and MIT/Stanford outside.
