Competitive Inhibition -

Effect on Vmax-
No change in the Vmax of the enzymatic reaction

Effect on Km-
Km value increases for the given substrate

Non-Competitive Inhibition -

Effect on Vmax-
Decrease in Vmax of the enzymatic reaction

Effect on Km-
Km value remains unchanged.
