Dear Shubham, every state except for Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir have 85% as State Quota. The rest 15% is All India Quota. These 3 states have 100% State Quota and no All India quota. And regarding getting a seat in Gujarat, you can try under All India Quota and according to the domicile criteria.
