For IIIT Hyderabad SPEC, You have to qualify the class 12th with the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Other than this, candidates should have to fulfil any one of the following:

Selected for UDAAN Scheme of CBSE.

Must be in integrated six-year 12th with the B.Tech program, after the 10th class Examination.
