All the courses are best. It is based on your interest. First, decide your area of interest and move further. Because advising is an easy task but you are the one going to study and further achieve in your career goals.

Agricultural Engineering will be based on technical courses in Engineering related to Agriculture whereas Agricultural science will be based on biological courses in Science.

In both, you can get good job opportunities. So choose based on your interest whether technical or science. Whatever it may do your best.
