Calculating best of four is pretty simple. You need to select one compulsory language subject and 3 main subjects. In your case, you have two language subject but you've scored more in Hindi so you can select it. Rest you have Economics, B.Stds and accounts for main subjects. Add all of them and divide it by 4. That's you best of four.
