no the AIIMS exam  dates are fixed it is can't be done before march and it  is online exam ,the AIIMS 2019 exam is going to be conducted on may 25 and 26.

The AIIMS Entrance Exam will be conducted on May 25 and 26, 2019. This exam is conducted online  and is computer based.
