Hi

You don't need to worry at all dear,
if you are in BSC and have applied for neet examination then after qualifying neet examination, during the time of taking admission in a medical college you will have to submit your TC and migration certificate e from the college from which you are pursuing BSc currently and not from the school from where you pursued your 10 + 2.

mshakshi447 if you have all of physics ,chemistry and Biology in your bsc then you should have chosed code 05 otherwise code 02 is fine
