Yes, if you are one of the candidates of General- EWS category and if you wish to apply from General category, then you can definitely apply.

In the annual Income column, you are advised to fill the annual household income (Your parent's TOTAL ANNUAL INCOME ).

If your family annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum then you can apply for  EWS.

Your parents income will be filled in and if total income is less than 8 lakhs than you are eligible for EWS.

For General category there is no specific reservation. There will only one thing that you can apply for TFW or at some colleges you will be EWS rank will considered for admission. You can use your general rank. It totally depends on you.
