Total Number of Candidates called for SSB Interview mostly depends on the type of Entry which you have applied for and cut off for that particular Entry.

Depending upon the cut off percentage twice, every year around, number of candidates getting SSB Call Up ranges from as minimum as 600~1000 (i.e. for PC(NAIC), PC(LOG), PC(EDU) entries of Indian Navy) to 10,000~15,000. (i.e. for TGC and SSC TECH Entry of Indian Army).
