Hi sandilya
As the government of India has given 10% reservation to people belonging to general category, this has not been implemented in the educational background yet. So, you would not be getting 10% reservation atleast for this year.
However it may be implemented in the further coming years but not in this year.
So, I would advice you to go for the counseling process and choose your branch and the respective college which suits you best.

Bt the same EWS certificate was implemented this year for JEE exams than why not for CEE?
