Hello,

The cutoff for any exam depends upon certain factors like

  • Number of applicants taking the exam
  • Difficulty of the paper
  • Number of candidates that have to be qualified for the exam, etc.

There are two types of cutoff even

  • Qualifying Cutoff
  • Admission cutoff

Qualifying Cutoff depends upon the above stated factors whereas the admission cutoff depends upon the college and the number of seats available in the college and the number of applications during counselling.

Therefore in the current scenario since the exam has not been conducted yet it is quite difficult to predict the expected cutoff for neet 2020 but the qualifying cutoff will be 120+ if we consider the cutoffs of last years and for admissions the aspirants should keep a target of 550+ to get a seat in a government medical college.
