Your question is incomplete and vague. You haven't specified the state you belong to and your category.

You do have decent marks, but getting a college is dependent on the state you belong to.

Like if you are from UP, the cutoff for admission in government colleges there is over 570; tamil nadu- 590+. If you belong to north eastern states, you can get a college.
