Since the marks vs rank depends on various factors like the difficulty of the paper, the number of candidates appearing for it and so on, hence it fluctuates every year. Analysing the previous year data, for 90 marks in TS ICET you can expect a rank within 800 to 1000 approximately. You can get many good colleges with this rank.
