Hiii nandu first of all conguralation for getting such good marks.....you have done really well in entrance exam ...as per previous years cutoff you can get admission in government college. ...so sit back and relax ....

Sorry but even if you have the advantage of home state quota at Kerala you can only get private medical colleges with this score. Some of your options are,

Amala institute of Medical Sciences, Amalanagar
Azeezia Medical College, Meeyannoor
Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Thiruvalla
Sree Gokulam Medical College, Venjaramoodu

With a score of 534, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges whereas you have chances of getting a seat in Government controlled self financing colleges. Last year, a score of 522 fetched a seat in Pariyaram medical college, Pariyaram in the open category under the state quota.
