The Directorate General of Medical Services has already released Indian Army BSc Nursing on 14th July, the link to download the admit card is sent to registered email-id of the candidates, hence you should check out your own for that matter,

to download your admit card you will be required to enter email id or reference number, date of birth, the admit card includes details that  of your name, date of birth, category, exam centre, photograph and other essential information.
