If your MHT CET percentile score is 63% then considering you as a General candidate as you have not mention you category in which you applied in B.Pharma Exam there is a very less chance that you can get a government college.But as you know the cutoff changes every year. The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors.
