The course fee for Indian students taking Computer Science and Enginnering at Manipal University is Rs. 12,24,000 for a duration of 4 years. 

The hostel fee for AC rooms will be approximately Rs. 1,50,000 per annum and for non-AC would be Rs. 80,000 per annum only. It may vary according to your preferences of accomodation (Single/Double seated).

There might be some extra expenses like examination fees, Wi-Fi, Maintainance etc.
