Fee structure of MBBS UG Course also depends on the college.
For government colleges it is around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000.
For private colleges it is around Rs. 200,000 to Rs. 400,000.
All the above figures are in respect to the per annum

The fee structure merely depends on the college you are studying in or Willing to study in, even then I'm listing out a few colleges offering MBBS and their fee structure(variations can be seen in the fee ) :
1) AIIMS (excluding Delhi ) - annual fee 5,500 and mess charge 50,000 yearly.
2) AIIMS Delhi -  1,000rs approximately (annual fee) and 2,000rs annually (mess charges )
As mentioned The tuition fee varies from government-funded colleges to  top private colleges. The average fees range around 1-10 Lakhs.
3) Christian Medical College - 48,500 INR
4) Armed Forces Medical College - 32,000 INR
5) Kasturba Medical College - 50,00, 000 INR
