Listen, B tech fee structure vary from college to college, Every college have different fee structure . Here you have not Specified exactly which college you are talking about.  Here are some college and the fee structure.

Fee structure of B Tech for Instance :-

In Delhi Technological University fee of B Tech is around 7.81 lakhs .

In Jamia Milia Islamia is around 64,600 for both  B. tech civil Engineering and B. Tech Computer Engineering .
