Yes you can wear trousers for NEET Exam but make sure it has none of the following-
1. Embroidery
2. Flowers
3. Buttons
4. Big pockets
Also Don't wear full sleeves clothes ,as its strictly prohibited. Don't wear any type of ornaments,  not even earrings , on the day of Exam. Avoid high heels and thick sole shoes. Wear low heel footwear like sleepers .

Yes you can wear trouser on the day of NEET examination as simple and loose clothes are preferred to wear during NEET exam, but try to avoid wearing jeans, and also make sure that your trouser doesn't have any Pocket or zip pocket, or any embroidery, buttons, brooches or flowers.
Also wear half sleeves clothes only, full sleeve clothes are strictly prohibited, leggings or plazzo are not allowed for women to wear on NEET exam.

Female candidates must wear a mask and gloves as per COVID 19 safety guidelines set by the authority.
Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes that have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET dress code for female 2021 specified by NTA.
No clothes with full arm length sleeves should be worn on the day of examination. Following the dress code of NEET 2021, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.
Jeans with big pockets and fashionable will generally not be allowed for females as per the NTA NEET dress code. So, female aspirants, are advised to avoid wearing jeans on NEET 2021 exam day.
It is best to avoid high heels and thick sole shoes and instead opt for sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed.
Female candidates must avoid wearing any kind of jewelry like earrings, nose rings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelet or anklets. Metal detectors may cause an unnecessary hassle if the metal is found on the person.
