Hello Anup! I am sorry to say but no. For financial engineering you need to be a PCM student as it involves a lot of calculations and there is a great part which deals with statistics, algorithms, etc.. Hope this helps.

You can go for M. Com in finance if you wish to learn finance.

Any course in computer field rather than bca I have mathematics and also I am from nepal

If you want to switch from commerce to something related to computers, you can go fir IT sector. Start learning programming languages like python and learn linux which is an operating system. And you will get to choose from ethical hacking to machine learning to robotics everything there before you to choose from. Hope this helps.
