The second hand goes through 1 complete round of the clock in 1 min i.e in 60 seconds, or 2 radian in 60 seconds, so = 2/60 rad.s-1 = 0.03 rad/sec is the speed of the second hand  whereas hour hand goes through 1 complete round of the clock i.e 2 radians in 1 hour= 60 mins =6060= 3600 seconds so hour hand's angular velocity =2/3600 seconds =0.000555 /s.
