Hello Prajwal,

The critical velocity of a satellite follows by the formula V = { g(R+h) } .

Where h is the height from earth where the satellite is revolving

g= gravity at the height h from earth

R= radius of earth

V= critical velocity


Applying the above subjected formula you can find out the critical velocity of satellite.
