Solving previous years paper is a very important thing to get used to the paper pattern and the marking scheme.

AIIMS is an online based exam, you must be very good with the online pattern.

For previous years papers you can opt for Arihant or MTG Publications, the books would be easily available at any offline store or you can opt from online sites as well.

I would still suggest you to practice more previous year papers on online mode, as the paper will be online you would be getting a good command if you practice online.

I would better recommend you to take test series from a reputed coaching institute like Allen, Aakash, Resonance etc because post 2014-15 AIIMS conducts exams online and the questions are not released in public domain. So, it’s the students collective memory of questions which is gathered and hence authenticity issues pertains.

What’s more important than previous year questions is to know the ever changing pattern. 5 years back AIIMS question paper hold very little relevance in today’s world.
