First i have uploaded OBC NCL declaration form uploaded. Now i have bought it OBC NCL certificate in your format. How can uploaded the certificate in your portal.

As per your profile it seems that you are asking this for JEE-Main 2022 application form, if not then kindly correct me in the comment section given below.
For JEE-Main application if you have already uploaded the self-declaration form for OBC-NCL then there is no need to upload the newly issued certificate right now anywhere because now you will have to submit your OBC-NCL certificate which is issued on or after January 1st, 2022, during counselling process.
From now very less time is left for session 1 of JEE-Main 2022 so you can check out JEE-Main Learning package for solving series of mock tests :-
