Yes, you can get admission in computer science branch of engineering but admission in NIT or IIT is unlikely as the cut off is much lower. Some private institutions or newly established NITs like NIT Andhra Pradesh etc. may offer you admission. Remember that CSE branch is very competitive so may need to wait till 2nd or 3rd round.
