..for 10th percentage what should i fill.. because there is optional subject in marksheet.what is requirement..top 5 or all included option

Hello Pratibha, 

Well, as per your concern in the marksheet overall percentage are given includes optional subject also. Not top 5 subjects.

So, by filling any form you should write overall percentage of class 10th.

The Registration Guide for CAT Examination states that for computing percentages of marks obtained in SSC/10th/Equivalent examination, the aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet would be considered irrespective of the Boards regulation.

Hence, you should fill details of all the subjects that are present on your mark sheet and not the top 5 subjects.
