Hi Aspirant!

Your question is a bit messy but as I am able to understand that you passed your 12th exam and going to appear for JEE MAIN in 2021 as a dropout.Hence in respect to that context you have to fill passed in your JEE MAIN form as you get passed in 2020 and will be reappeared in JEE MAIN.
