In neet 2018 , lowest marks that fetched a seat in government medical college for general category in Telangana was 493 marks and it was for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad under state quota but
cut off marks required to get a seat in government medical keeps varying every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the examination, kind of marks scored by them , toughness level of the examination etc . So you should target at least around 550 to 580 marks to be on safer side.
