Private medical colleges hace three types of seat:

 a) Government seats-For candidates of the respective states and domicile is taken into consideration

 b) Management quota seats-Whereby candidates need to contact college directly

 c) NRI quota seats.

Counselling for private colleges is held under the 85% state quota counselling. And if you do not hold the state domicile then you need to apply for management quota seats. However the fees would be high.
