Yes, the attestation on online print out copy of online filled application must be done on your photograph which you will affix in the application form. This should be done before the exam in advance. It can be attested by Principal of the college last studied or any Gazetted Officer and you need to carry this along with admit card and caste certificate(if applicable) to the exam center.
